Our medation activity is non-exclusive, we have a success fee, as follwings:

• in case of a succesful mediation with an indefinite period or at least one year commitment of the Lessee: 1 month net rental fee + VAT,
• in case case of a succesful mediation between 2-3 years commitment of the Lessee: 1.5 month net rental fee + VAT,
• case of a succesful mediation with more than 3 years commitment of the Lessee: 2 months net rental fee + VAT,

We always make a survey, we make an estimation about your property. We make pictures and reggister your property in our database. Our sales collagues offer the property to our registered seeking partners. We always represent the property according to the decision of the owner.
